ZainStore.pk: Multi-Vendor Marketplace Platform & App

ZainStore.pk is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace for the Pakistani market — comparable to Daraz Seller Center or Amazon Seller Central — where independent sellers run their own storefronts under one platform, while customers shop across all of them in a single cart and checkout.

Three Portals, One Platform

The platform is split into three completely separate portals — Super Admin, Vendor, and Customer — each with its own dashboard, navigation, and permissions. Role-based routing (via NextAuth) sends every user straight to the right portal on login, and middleware protects each route group so a vendor can never wander into admin-only screens.

A Real Operations Command Center

The admin "Marketplace Command Center" gives the platform owner live visibility into the whole business: real-time and hourly visitor analytics, a full order pipeline (processing, pending, refunded, delivered), and complete catalog control across products, categories, brands, and coupons — plus the store-health tools (reviews, shipping rules, banners, reports) that keep a multi-vendor catalog from turning into chaos.

Vendor Payouts, Built for Real Marketplace Cash Flow

Every order moves through a clear commission pipeline — order delivered, commission deducted, vendor balance updated, admin pays vendor — and the admin can pay individual vendors or run a bulk payout across every vendor who's due at once. Each vendor's gross revenue, commission owed, net earnings, and available balance are tracked automatically, so payouts are a weekly admin action rather than a manual reconciliation job.

Storefront and a Native App

Customers shop through a full storefront — search, flash deals with live countdowns, and a "Discover Vendor Stores" section surfacing top-rated and newly onboarded sellers — plus a WhatsApp click-to-chat button and a direct Android APK download for reach beyond what the Play Store alone would give a growing marketplace. A companion React Native / Expo mobile app extends the same customer experience natively.
